The Handloom Measurement Manager App is a mobile application designed to help users manage their handloom fabric inventory. The App provides features including:

Inventory management for handloom items
Measurement tracking and conversion
Search and filter functionality
Data export and sharing capabilities

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal or commercial purposes related to inventory management. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4. Data and Privacy

4.1 Local Data Storage

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers.

4.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Backing up your data
Maintaining the security of your device
Protecting your device from unauthorized access
Any loss of data due to device failure, loss, or damage

4.3 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data. Since data is stored locally on your device, data loss may occur due to device issues, uninstallation, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Krishna Handloom and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Distribute, sublicense, or sell the App
Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission

6. Disclaimers

6.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of measurements or conversions

6.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The App will meet your specific requirements
Measurements or conversions are 100% accurate

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishna Handloom and its team members shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
Any errors or inaccuracies in measurements or conversions
Any loss of data stored in the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krishna Handloom, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time
Add or remove features
Change the App's functionality

We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Krishna Handloom regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
